MY APPROACH
I am not only a yoga and meditation teacher, and I am not only a Strategist— I’m both.
I bring this holistic self into the fold when developing strategic solutions for my clients.
STRATEGY, MINDFULLY.
You may, at first, think a mindful approach to strategy means recommending that your business or brand leans into green juice and meditation apps. But in reality, this approach is one that taps into both esoteric ways of thinking and pragmatic, tangible proofing and problem solving. It is an approach that has been cultivated from extensive experience in the space of teaching mindfulness and in leading strategic projects for some of the largest brands in the world, often in new landscapes like digital or experiential.

Through agency partners like Conscious Minds and Instrument, I’ve been leading Nike strategy projects for years, partnering with them on a wide number of brands and territories within the company including Global Brand, North America, and European markets.
